In 1976 a group of people in the desert for a photo shoot, stumble upon an abandoned town called Savage. But they are not alone. A family of masked psychopaths have claimed Savage as their own and are hell bent on living up to its name.

Might be a clear homage to The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and The Hills Have Eyes, but Brute 1976 just is an uninteresting horror film that I found my mine drifting and scrolling through an app on my phone. The cinematography was decent but the characters pretty forgettable and rather bland performances along with the script. **2.0/5**
